The Stables – Case Study

Homeowners, Nick and Janet, had recently built a new house on a plot of land at the back of where they were living. The house, called The Stables, is appropriately named, having been converted from a stable. Nick and Janet were looking for something a lot more modern than their current traditional property and were open to new ideas and concepts.

From our design consultations, we wanted to tie in the authentic industrial elements of what the property used to be but with a more modern feel. This is reflected in the kitchen features: exposed beams, concrete floors, and industrial work surfaces. The Schuller kitchen combines functionality and style, connecting through to the open plan living space, complete with a bar and media unit to bring everything together.

This project was collaboratively worked on by our tiles, bathrooms, and kitchens teams to create one unique masterpiece.

We’re so happy with how Roccia has transformed our space. We wanted to keep the original charm and features of the stables but add a modern feel to the property – and Roccia captured this perfectly in the final design.

The team were excellent from start to finish. Their expertise, professionalism, and their ability to listen to what we wanted and reflect that in the finished project has been impeccable.

Working with Roccia has been a pleasure, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for something extra special. They provided us with complete peace of mind.
