Marketing Assistant

ROCCIA is a leading retailer of luxury tiles, bathroom and kitchen products in the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our Marketing Executive and E-commerce Manager with website and social media responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Executive in managing ROCCIA’s social media channels.
• Help manage ROCCIA’s online reputation.
• Support the E-commerce manager with website content management using a backend CMS.
• Help with the organisation and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such as exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Provide general office support, which can include answering phone calls and arranging appointments.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and social media management
• Basic experience with back-end CMS for websites
• Basic knowledge of Odoo (not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• A team player who can work collaboratively with others
• A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the industry

Salary: £21,500 to £23,000 (dependent on experience)
