Premium Windows Sales & Design


e are looking for a passionate, energetic and tenacious Premium Window Sales and Designer, who can develop relationships with new as well as existing customers, and provide them with the very best in window and door sales and provide technical customer service. You would need to be a talented individual who can demonstrate professionalism in line with our ‘core values’ and help increase our online as well as showroom sales.

This is a permanent full time role, to assist our successful team in presenting a variety of products related to home improvement.

Our premium partners include Internorm, RK Door Systems & Solarux as well as a number of other products to support a full range of offerings.


  • Providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients in our showroom and over the phone.
  • Meeting with customers, and preparing and designing project briefs and quotations.
  • Open to conduct surveys at clients homes where required.
  • Design inspiring Windows & Doors with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail.
  • Follow up leads, deliver winning presentations and successfully sell a range of products.
  • Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, where required.
  • Work with fitting teams and project manage installations where required.
  • Place and track orders, deliveries, and address day to day queries.
  • Help develop our online presence and increase virtual sales.
  • Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our clients with excellent after sales service.
  • Provide regular blog or social media posts to help further connect with our customers online.
  • Be an ambassador of the Roccia/Uno brands and our values.
  • Be open to working flexibly and adapting to change.


· Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with employees, clients, peers and management.

· Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.

· Adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.

· Support the adoption and delivery of a World Class Customer Service approach to all Roccia functions.

· Additional responsibilities assigned by management related to your position/department.

  • Candidates will need to have experience and knowledge of CAD / Design packages.
  • A thorough understanding of Outlook, Excel and Word programs.
  • Showroom sales experience.
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of glazing products.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent telephone manner.


· Minimum 1 years of Windows & Doors Sales Experience.

· Strong self-motivation skills.

· Experience in increasing sales and business growth.

· Committed to personal development and adapting quickly to new learning and change.

· Excellent communication skills and an ability to understand the customers’ needs, with at least 2 years customer service experience

· Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Proficiency in using design led or similar design software

· Driving license.


This is a salaried post with a 40 hours ‘Flex’ contract, with 28 days annual leave including Bank holidays. (Please note that as we are a retail outlet, this role will include some weekend work)


£30,000.00 to £37,000.00, dependant on experience.

£50,000.00 O.T.E including bonuses etc.

Salary: £50,000.00 per year
