August 1994, ROCCIA opened its first store in Preston under its original name Tile Mart. With increasing demand, in 1997 Tile Mart expanded and opened another branch in Bolton. In 2016, Tile Mart rebranded to their new and current name ROCCIA – to reflect its values of ‘Family, Excellence and Inspiration’. ROCCIA has grown to become synonymous with offering an exceptional service and bespoke high-quality products at preferential rates.
1994
The Roccia story began in 1994 as Tile Mart, specialising in high-quality and exclusive tiles at affordable prices.
2004
After 10 years the family-run enterprise began gaining recognition as a purveyor of excellence with tiles and bathroom solutions. With a close-knit team of only 12 people, the company continued expanding further still, providing stunning tiles and bathroom designs throughout the north of England.
2014
By 2014, the family expanded further still becoming a team of 45 brilliant employees, with two new warehouses to fulfil ever-growing demand.
2016
In 2016 we welcomed a rebranding to more accurately reflect the image of Roccia, and today the company is made up of around 60 people focusing solely on making our customers’ homes beautiful.
Our family-roots and core values remain at the forefront of everything that Roccia stands for; our Preston location is the largest tile and bathroom showroom in the UK and, with luxury brands including Versace and Gessi, we can help achieve our customers’ vision with the best quality products at the right price.
