Project of the Year 2023
Throughout the year, we’ve seen numerous remarkable projects, making the selection of Project of the Year quite difficult. After much deliberation, the deserving title for 2023 goes to The Wyre Hall Project! Standout aspects include the thoughtful choice of tiles adorning its interiors, lending sophistication and elegance throughout. The design masterfully merges style and function, contributing to this project’s exceptional outcome. The Wyre Hall Project is a worthy winner of the Project of the Year award, exhibiting an outstanding achievement in design and implementation for 2023.

This year, we helped put Preston and Bolton on the map when Roccia was featured in various publications, online news sources, and social media platforms. Winner of the Super Luxe Bathroom Design
In November this year, Roccia was thrilled to announce a resounding win of the Super Luxe Bathroom Design of the Year award at the prestigious Designerati Awards for exceptional work on the South Lodge Project in Lytham. The design, flawlessly executed by Gavin Farrington, achieves a perfect balance between luxury, elegance, and eco-consciousness, boasting a range of incredible features, such as:
- Palace Infibre Matt tiles
- Gessi fixtures
- Barwick Matt Black Wall Hung WC with a Gessi Brushed Copper flush plate
- Milldue LED-lit mirror cabinets

Making Waves With the South Lodge Project, Lytham
The South Lodge Project, a remarkable 13,000 sq ft Lytham Super Home, showcased Roccia’s exceptional collaboration with architect Ben Jurin. Emphasising modern design, ergonomics, and sustainability, this stunning home features cutting-edge Valcucine kitchens, Quooker taps, and luxurious bathroom elements such as Tremme Matt tiles and Gessi fixtures. This prestigious project, which stands as the epitome of contemporary residential living, has been featured extensively in numerous publications and articles, underlining Roccia’s expertise in delivering exceptional, bespoke living spaces.

2023 was the year we made our podcast feature debut with Fast Signs Manchester! Online Growth
In the past year, we have achieved tremendous growth on all our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We have surpassed our goal of 30k followers on Instagram by actively engaging with architects, designers, and influencers – excellent work, Marketing team!
Celebrating Team Roccia
In 2023, Team Roccia demonstrated remarkable dedication to their work amid a challenging year. Every member of staff made notable strides in various sectors, whether it was helping our social media presence grow or delivering our impressive projects. We couldn’t do what we do here at Roccia without our team, and it seems like our customers agreed, too!
The Google listings for Roccia Preston, Bolton & the Distribution Centre saw a massive rise in positive reviews from customers, with numerous mentions of specific staff members, including “excellent customer service”, “service with a smile”, “amazing showroom experience”, and “highly recommend”. Here are our top five staff members who were mentioned the most in the Google reviews:

We would like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to both our staff and our customers for your incredible generosity over the past year. Your donations to the Roccia Foundation have made a significant impact on the lives of people in third-world countries and children struggling with basic needs, even here in the UK. Your support has allowed local organisations to provide medical aid and invest in research for cures, and for that, we are truly grateful. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many.

Looking to the Future
2023 was one of our most successful years to date, but of course, this didn’t come without hard work and many obstacles that needed tackling. Whilst we reflect on last year, we want to acknowledge our suppliers, partners, and traders who have ensured Roccia stays ahead of the game all year. Without you, there would be no Roccia, so we can’t thank you enough for the work that’s been put in all year.
This year, we have so many exciting projects to look forward to, fundraising events to host, and many customers to provide the Roccia experience for. And, in 2024, we’re celebrating 30 years in business! What better time to start your journey with our incredible team?
