Stress-Free Tile Shopping with Roccia

At Roccia, we understand that choosing the perfect tiles for your home is a big decision — and sometimes, things don’t turn out exactly as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return your tiles for a refund, provided they are in their original condition.

Please note that return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the products are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Important Information
  • We can only accept returns for full orders — unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of part orders or leftover tiles.
  • Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • All returns are inspected within 48 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued once the return has passed our quality checks.
How to Return Your Order
  1. Complete our Returns Form below.
    Once submitted, you’ll receive a Returns Confirmation email containing our warehouse address and a reference number.
  2. Send your tiles back to the warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order.
    Make sure your Returns Confirmation form is clearly attached to all pallets or parcels.
  3. We’ll inspect your return within 48 hours of receipt.
    Once checked and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Preparing Your Return

Please ensure that your tiles are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend:

  • Returning your tiles on the original delivery pallet using a reputable courier or pallet company.
  • Wrapping boxes tightly to the pallet for stability and safety.
  • Taking photographs of your order before dispatch, as proof of condition in case of any transit damage.

Attaching your Returns Confirmation form to the pallet will help our warehouse team quickly identify and process your return.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your tiles arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
