We recently completed the Cross House project, a six-bedroom Edwardian property built in 1936. The stunning development owned by Karen and Neil Forshaw was originally a three-bedroom house and has seven bathrooms!
From the initial design to the final installation, we were able to help Karen and Neil on the project. Working on one bathroom at a time, we put the couple’s ideas onto paper and made it easy to see exactly how each design would look.
See the finished Cross House project in the video below:
“We sat down with Arif and he went through each individual bathroom and chose the design and then he would draw it up for us and we’d go back the week after and say yes we were happy”
Arif, the Senior Bathroom Designer at Roccia, came to visit this property in its early stages and says, “to see this now is marvellous, it’s the icing on the cake”. Arif worked closely with Karen and Neil on their development project and from the beginning, he was aware the selected brands needed to be high-end — Hansgrober, Jesse, Utopia and April truly give this project a premium look and feel throughout.
“Arif is aware that we are a development to be sold so we wanted everything to look a million dollars but doesn’t have to cost a million dollars”
Here at Roccia, we have people in the business that can break down your project from room to room. We have expertise in kitchens, bathrooms and tiles and will always create a plan so that you can see the layout, design and aesthetics — we never overcomplicate things by putting too many ideas together at once.
“People who have looked around this house and asked us where did you get your tiles from in the bathrooms. We go to Roccia because of the range and the expertise behind them, how helpful they are, we wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else”
We pride our business on personal service and choice for everyone. When you walk into our Roccia showrooms, we will always go the extra mile to create the home of your dreams. We’d love to show you our beautiful displays, bring your ideas to life and talk about the options that are available to you.
