What is the Event?
Open from 10am to 5pm on the four running days, the Ideal Home Show has a wide range of exhibits showcasing top expert advice, high-quality products, and much more for all of your interior design needs. This includes the latest in technology, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and basements, plus fine food, fashion, gardens, beauty, and much more.
With confirmed celebrity guests such as George Clarke from Channel 4’s Restoration Man, Katie Piper, Lawrence Llewelyn-Bowen, Greg Wallace, and others, you are sure to be both entertained and informed. The event will have an ‘Eat & Drink Festival’, in which you can taste some of the finest foods cooked by the country’s best street and handmade foods.
With seminars and demonstrations by the industry’s top designers, you’ll be able to draw inspiration for your home and garden. The Rotating Home – this year’s Show Home and a great example of what you’ll be able to see – is a 3.5 tonne rotating home. With 4.3 metres in height and externally constructed in riveted aluminium, it provides a space that allows the homeowner to rate the home on its axis depending on needs.

How Do You get There?
By Bus: The X50 Stagecoach leaving Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station, stand K, runs every 15 minutes. Hop off in Phoenix way and add a two-minute walk until you reach the EventCity. For a complete information on bus routes, visit the Stagecoach website.
By Car: You can get on the M60, M6, M56, and M62 if you’re driving to the EventCity. The postcode M14 8AS will help you get there if you have a sat nav. With over 3,000 free parking spaces, you’re sure to find your spot.
By Train: A 10-minute drive from the nearest station, Urmston, will get you to the EventCity. You can take a train from the main train stations and coordinate your trip.
