We are currently recruiting to our Roccia family a passionate and committed individual to join our dynamic and diverse team.

HR Manager

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic HR Manager to look after our team of people at Roccia. The role is suited to someone with generalist HR skills and experience and looking to take their career to the next level. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of recruitment in a multi-skilled and diverse culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling day to day HR tasks.
  • Dealing with the employee lifecycle from recruitment, absence management, supporting/enabling performance management, maintaining HR records, reporting and supporting payroll administration, issuing contracts of employment and related paperwork and dealing with disciplinary and grievances.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Talent Management and succession planning.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are up to date and communicated to the workforce.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in dealing with recruitment.

About You

  • At least four years generalist HR experience and/or CIPD qualification.
  • A professional, highly confidential, and trustworthy individual.
  • You will be a confident and effective communicator.
  • A team player/personable and helpful.
  • Strong attentional to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work under pressure and be able to adapt to fluid situations.
  • Capable of using own initiative, proactive and forward thinking.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office to a professional standard.

  • Competitive Salary, £35k – £40k, dependent upon experience.
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (inclusive of 30 minute unpaid lunch break).
  • 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank holidays.
