At Roccia, we know how important it is to choose the perfect tiles for your home. That’s why we offer a free sample service, allowing you to order up to 3 free samples to see and feel our high-quality porcelain and ceramic tiles in your own space.

How to order your free samples:

Step 1: Visit any product page on our website.

Step 2: Click the “Add A Sample” button to add a sample to your basket.

Step 3: Once you've chosen your three samples, proceed to checkout—no payment required!

Your samples will be carefully packaged in a sleek Roccia-branded box with a foam insert to ensure they arrive safely. Plus, there may be a special surprise waiting inside!

Fast, reliable delivery:

Samples are shipped via courier within 2 working days and should arrive the following day.

FAQs

What you need to know about our sample service.

What size are the samples?

The samples are a handy cut-sized piece of tile, roughly measures around 10 x 15cm. The idea of them is to get a look and feel of the colour and texture.

How long will it take to get my sample?

We try our best to fulfill your sample order the same day. At the very latest it will be dispatched within 2 working days.

We ship the samples via one of our delivery partners, they will deliver it within 24hrs of collecting it.

Can I recycle my sample box?

You can absolutley recycle your sample box! Unfortunately the foam cannot be recycled. To offset this, we do plant a tree for every order. You can learn about this on our sustainability page.

Can I order a full sized sample?

For large tiles, we are unable to offer a full sized sample due to the size and weight of the item. They would need to be sent on a pallet to ensure they would arrive safely which is uneconomical.

Alternatively we can send you further images or videos of the tile to get a better idea. Just reach out the to the team, we'd be happy to help!

Will my order be exactly the same as my sample?

Whilst we try to delivery orders from the same batch as our samples, unfortunately this cannot always be done. Therefor due to the change in batches, you order can vary in both size and colour ever so slightly.

Why is the sample button missing?

As we do try to offer samples on as many tiles as possible, unfortunately there are some ranges that we do not hold samples of, in these cases there will not be a sample button.

You can however reach out to our team, we will be able to send you more images or even a video of the tiles.
